Shabi is conducting its own admission test

Shahjalal University of Science and Technology (SUST) has taken the initiative to conduct admission tests in its own system, not in clusters. The institution has published the admission test notification for the undergraduate 2024-25 academic year. In this, the university administration has decided to conduct admission tests in 5 divisional cities on February 22nd in its own system. In addition to taking admission tests in various educational institutions in Sylhet city, admission tests will be held in some selected educational institutions in Dhaka, Chittagong, Rangpur and Jessore.

The number of seats in Dhaka metropolitan centers will be limited. If the number of seats is filled by applicants wishing to take the admission test in these centers, there will be no opportunity to choose a center in Dhaka. However, the notification also mentions that the number of seats in the centers of other cities mentioned will remain open. However, the admission test for 'A' unit candidates wishing to take admission in the architecture department will be held only at the SUST center.
