Mild to moderate heat waves are blowing across the country including Sylhet. The temperature is increasing every day. The maximum temperature in Sylhet touched 38.2 degrees Celsius yesterday, the highest of the season so far. According to the Sylhet Meteorological Office, 37.7 degrees Celsius was recorded last Friday, the previous day the Meteorological Office recorded 37.5 degrees Celsius. According to the information of the Department of Meteorology, heat wave is flowing in different parts of the country including Sylhet due to the effect of deep depression created in Bengal.
