Three members of the same family died in landslides in Chamelibagh area of Majortila area of Sylhet city. Six members of two families were buried under the ground in Tiladhas yesterday morning. Three of them were rescued alive. It is known that two brothers live with their family in a house next to the hills of Chamelibagh. In the early morning, 6 people of two families were buried in the ground after the hill collapsed. On receiving the information, the fire service and police came and rescued three of them and sent them to Sylhet MAG Osmani Medical College Hospital. Three people were found dead later in the afternoon. Officer-in-Charge (OC) of Sylhet Metropolitan Police Shahparan Police Station. Harunur Rashid Chowdhury told Kal Kantha that three people died. Rescue operation is going on.
